De Gruchy Department store now stocking Katherine Cadin Art!

I am delighted that De Gruchy, one of the oldest and well known department stores in Jersey is now stocking a selection of my paintings
I am a painter with a passion for vibrant colour and pattern. My paintings are inspired by the coastline and local sea life on the island of Jersey where I live, especially the seaweed patterns at low tide and the diversity of the rockpools.
My Greek heritage also strongly influences the colours and themes in my work, from ancient and folk art to the array of shades of blue and white of the Greek islands.

This July my painting “Floating at high tide” was selected for the Summer Exhibition at CCA Galleries International at Hill Street in St Helier, Jersey.
