This Jersey lobster is painted on a piece of driftwood I found on St Ouen’s beach in Jersey last winter. It had remnants of red paint on the wood, so I chose the colours for the patterns on the lobster to complement the existing paint.

Acrylic on driftwood, unframed. There is a hook for hanging on the reverse.
